John Wycliffe: Dug Up and Burned | Torchbearers Ep 2

‍

John Wycliffe put the Bible into English at a time when owning a copy could cost you your life. He died in his own bed in 1384. In 1428 they dug up his bones, burned them, and threw the ashes into the River Swift.

They called him the Morning Star of the Reformation.
